HR alliance is synonymous with long-term partnering through which the Client's needs are well understood and value-added thinking can be applied. Specialists employed by HR alliance are available to Clients on an as-needed basis and support this core relationship management approach. We are most happy to provide shorter-term HR project management support but our point of difference is the ability to support our clients across the spectrum of HR needs.

Businesses today are focusing on reducing costs, thinking smarter, and becoming flexible and responsive. HR alliance services provide three major benefits:

Cost Control. No permanent staff with attendant costs such as Work Cover, superannuation, payroll tax etc (up to 20% on costs).

How does it work?
At the top level our Account Director works with the Client's Senior Management to identify emerging HR issues and requirements. If required, we can even facilitate the planning process. Our Account Directors retain overall responsibility for the account relationship and assist the Client in assessing their HR priorities. The provision of specialist resources required for implementation is also their responsibility. This is a cyclical process and each time the resource requirements may differ.

How is it cost effective?
Think of the budget spend on a fulltime HR generalist. Then think of how a complete specialist HR team on a part-time basis might suit for 20-30% less cost.
