How does it work?
At the top level our Account Director works with the Client's Senior Management
to identify emerging HR issues and requirements. If required, we can even
facilitate the planning process. Our Account Directors retain overall
responsibility for the account relationship and assist the Client in assessing
their HR priorities. The provision of specialist resources required for
implementation is also their responsibility. This is a cyclical process
and each time the resource requirements may differ.
